EDGEWATER ? The school district has decided to deal with an expected population explosion of small children by building a new school just for pupils ages 3 through 7.

The one-year anniversary of the death of our dear friend, Nick LaPenta, is Sept. 15. LaPenta is the great patriot and citizen of Manchester who began the weekly protest of the Iraq war. Every Saturday morning he stood on the corner of Main Street and East Middle Turnpike with his sign of protest.
